Gastronomos magazine, published by Kathimerini, featured an extensive story on the Delis Family and its long-standing journey in organic fruit growing in Aetolofos, Agia.

The editorial team documented the harvest in the family orchards, highlighting the care devoted to organically grown apple varieties, chestnuts, walnuts and fresh seasonal fruit.

The feature also focuses on the traditional production of Golden Apple organic apple cider vinegar, made using the Orléans method, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.
