Giving new life to food that might otherwise go to waste by transforming it into products of high nutritional value.

This is the story of Maria and Dimosthenis Delis, two siblings from Aetolofos, Agia, east of Larissa, whose main crop is apples.

Using their own apples, they produce unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar as well as an aged organic unfiltered balsamic apple vinegar under the Golden Apple brand.

Thanks to their traditional production method, these products retain valuable nutritional characteristics.
